Pattern Interruption Learning how to note the limiting thought to which you are giving your attention. Interrupt it before it brings on all of its associated emotions. Replace it with an empowering thought. Embracing Feminine Energy and Power - which is not power over, but true power from within us that strengthens everyone we touch! Affirmation "Tattoos" Using visualization, Tattoo an Affirmative word or draw a symbol on your body. The Work Regarding beliefs you carry that don’t serve you well, ask yourself, “Who would I be without that thought.” Shamanistic Ancestral Lineage Clearing Recognize that there may be a larger dynamic at play, one that isn’t yours to continue to carry, as in something from your ancestral line. In Shamanism, this may be from perhaps 7 generations back! Even allowing the perspective of carrying something that doesn’t have to be yours to carry, can give you enough distance from your discomfort to begin to free yourself from it. Past Life Clearing You are free to design your life as your desire.
